Makeup With Melanie--Beach Edition!

Happy middle of June?! Earlier this Spring I spent several weeks in South Carolina where I got to rest and enjoy lots of sunshine, ocean breeze and family. Whenever there is extra time with my sister, we somehow always end up doing a makeover.

So my treat for you is another makeup tutorial with Melanie. But this time it's a summertime, beach look, filmed from the delightful beachfront of Kiawah Island, S.C. Hope you enjoy!

I feel like we got in a much better rhythm this second time around, so hopefully it was easier to follow along! I absolutely love when Melanie does my makeup. She is incredibly skilled with colors and always gets right shades for my skin tone. She even manages to play up my features in a special way that still looks very natural. It's truly an art form. While not everyone possesses this this makeup "gene," fortunately we can learn a lot through instruction and practice. I'm hoping to get a few more of these tutorials up from time to time to showcase different types of looks (always open to suggestions)!
